I believe this machine called our body needs to be maintained daily. You would not put sugar or alcohol in the tank and expect it to run, same with our bodies. I'd much rather take care of my body now so I can use it to enjoy life. I don't want to hear other peoples stories I want to create my own, and I want to help you create your own.
I love the Wellness Concept. It states that a person must be well balanced and be healthy in all six areas of one's life; physical health, emotional health, intellectual health, spiritual health, social health, and environmental health. I aim to improve myself and those around me in those areas.
Favorite Exercises
Burpee push up to pull up. Great total body exercise that targets everything; strength, endurance, upper body front and back, and lower body. Can be done almost anywhere.
