Our signature StrikeGym Fight Conditioning Class (SFC) is a full body, ultra-calorie burning workout - burn up to 800 calories in a single hour workout!
This complete workout experience is an hour of constant dynamic motion, combining strengthening and toning while building cardio endurance. It is dynamic, fast paced, different, fun…and EFFECTIVE. It will improve your speed, balance, and coordination. You will burn fat and build muscle.
This is a great class not only for athletes but anyone looking to improve their physical conditioning. The one-hour long class is in constant motion. You will use several combinations of moves – ground movement, strength exercises (using your own body weight as well as free weights and medicine balls), heavy bag punching and dynamic stretching.

What do I need for this class ?
Ideally you should have boxing gloves and wraps but if you do not have any, we will either loan you a pair or give you an alturantive excersize.
What if I am really out of shape ?
Every excersize have variations. You will start with a simple version and as your fitness level and strength level increases, you will progress to the harder version of the excersize. Don't feel intimidated... everyone had to start somewhere.
What if I have health issues ?
Please make our coaches aware of any issues and they will work with you on alturnative excersizes or adjustments to the routine.
Will I get hurt ?
Safety is our number 1 concern. All our floors are cushioned and we take the utmost care when developing each of our exercises to ensure nobody gets hurt.
